It was a magic day for the 7th edition of 'A Day On St' recently.
The weather gods were favorable and the music gods also shone over the day with 80's superstars Brian Mannix, Dale Ryder, Scott Carne and Sean Kelly delivering a trip back in time, reliving countless hits from a very popular decade of music.
It was a day in support of the Beaumaris Sports Club, a community sports club that serves football, cricket and tennis.
Showing great sponsorship support, as usual at these community events, was BFC's principal sponsor Mercedes Benz Brighton. Thank you Geoff.
Front and centre and busy all day was the Bendigo Bank stand, another great supporter of local community events and the BSC.
From a football perspective our vast array of merchandise was on display and was very popular.
Auskick hosted the dunking machine and there were a number of BFC identities prepared to take the the big splash including head coach Guy McKenna, no less.
Special mention to the whole organisational team and in particular those BFC committee personnel who worked so hard on the day and for months leading up to the event - Krisy McKinnon, Tracey Francis and Richard Evans, as well as our Treasurer Paul Davis and his wife Kaye. Just brilliant!
What a way to kick start the 2019 season! Bring on the footy..
