Senior Boys Do the Hard Yards on a Full Day of Tough Training
Under the watchful eye of Head Coach Guy McKenna and Director of Football Choco Royal, players from the senior squad were put through their paces in a pre season 'session to end all sessions'.
The training part of the day culminated with a routine called 'The Seven Deadly Sins'. Without going into detail, the guys were fully stretched with this tough exercise and aerobic drill.
As the sun set the boys came back to the club for dinner and another set of humorous fun games.
Needless to say it was a tremendous day.
