This coming Saturday 27th, the Club will honour one of its greatest servants, Sean Coote, who will play his 300th Senior game.
Cootey will line up in our Senior Reserves team for the game against Old Haileybury at 11:30am. Prior to the game we will unfurl the Reserves 2018 Premiership flag, a win which Sean was a significant part of.
To be the second player after Mark ‘Dougie’ Ensor to reach the milestone of 300 VAFA games since the Sharks joined the competition in 1995 is anincredible achievement and testimony to Cootey's endurance and loyalty. Prior to his 300 Senior games, Sean played over a 100 Junior games, having started at the Club as an 8 year old.
At 6:00pm there will be a presentation upstairs in the Clubrooms at the BSC. Everyone is welcome!
We encourage all BFC supporters and Junior Players to lineup prior to the game to honour one of our greats.
