Juniors Support RCD Foundation

For our Juniors, Sunday's round of footy was a tribute to Robert Conner Dawes and the Foundation that's been set up in his name to fight paediatric brain cancer.
Young Robert lost his life to this insidious disease in 2013 and since then his Mum Liz has lead the fight to combat the disease and garner government financial support to improve medical testing technology and care for those children afflicted with the disease.
So yesterday we enlisted our Junior coaches to present a special RCD beanie to those players considered to be brave, courageous and inspiring, to honour the strengths of young Robert Dawes.
Here are photos of some of those post match presentations.
Also, great to see 'runner' Fiona Love getting dressed up for the occasion.
Special mention to Cherie Dear and Lee Young who have put a great deal of work into this project.
