BFC TV - Tribunal

  Year Video Description
2019 Petering Gets Off - Clip 01 (1 of 2) This frame by frame video was used to help have Matt Petering be told by the VAFA Tribunal that he had "no case to answer" after having been reported by the VAFA's Video Review Officer from footage of the Rnd 18 match v Fitzroy. The stakes were high as any suspension would have seen our Club Captain miss the 1st Semi-Final the following week. The tribunal agreed that the concussion suffered by the Fitzroy player Martin Deasey #35 was actually caused by Oscar McMaster's knee and NOT Petering's elbow. (see Clip 02)
2019 Petering Gets Off - Clip 02 (2 of 2) This was the video proof that Fitzroy's #35 Martin Deasey's concussion was actually caused by Oscar McMaster's knee (and his boot...and the ground....and his teammate's boot) and NOT Matt Petering's elbow.
2018 FOOTAGE PRESENTED TO THE VAFA TRIBUNAL (Grigoriadis) This footage was used to attempt to show Chris Grigoriadis had not struck Fisher to the head & his was actually accidentally hit by Rob Cathcart as Fisher fell over. The Umpire insisted his report was correct & the Tribunal ruled it was 'inconclusive' then added an extra week to Chris' penalty (from prescribed 2 weeks up to 3weeks)
2012 FOOTAGE PRESENTED TO THE VAFA TRIBUNAL (Petering) This footage was used successfully to get Matt Petering off a final round striking charge that would have had him missing at least 2 finals Matches
