Junior Registrations 2021

Registrations for the 2021 Season are Open.

GENERAL INFORMATION

For insurance purposes, players must be registered before they can participate in training or practice matches.

Registration of the Beaumaris Football Club is subject to your acceptance of all Junior Policies. You should take the time to read and understand these policies before registering.

It is the expectation that at least ONE PARENT or GUARDIAN holds a current Working With Children's Check. A WWCC is compulsory for anyone 18+ to participate at Beaumaris Football Club.

Registration Fees for 2021

New Player: $340
Returning Player: $310

 

An Early Bird Discount of $10 per player applies to all registrations completed by 7th February 2021.

A $40 Family Discount if offered to help ease the burden for families with multiple players at the Club. Note: The Family Discount will only be applied if you register ALL players in one transaction with NEW players registered FIRST followed by renewing players. Make sure you use the link on this page to register the NEW player first.

Registrations received after midnight Sunday 14th March 2021. will incur a $50 Administration Fee per player

If you have any financial concerns regarding payment of registration fees, please contact Club Registrar. All financial matters will be kept strictly confidential to our Executive Committee.

Registration Process

Registrations for the 2021 Season open on 21st December 2020.

All players must register prior to Sunday 14th March 2021 so that teams can be finalised and team support roles filled before the season commences.

A maximum number of players per team applies in certain age groups and registrations will close if this number is reached. A waiting list will be maintained, and additional teams created if there are sufficient numbers to do so. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, so register early.

 

RETURNING PLAYERS

 

2020 Beaumaris Football Club junior players will receive an email with a link to register for 2021. Please follow the directions in the email to complete your registration.

If you are requesting to play out of age group, you must complete the Request To Play Out Of Age Group Form (included in the Playing within Age Groups Policy) as soon as you have registered, and email to the Club Registrar for consideration by the Football Operations Committee.

 

NEW PLAYERS

 

All new junior players will receive an individually named Beaumaris Sharks sports bag as part of their registration fee. You do not need to order this; it will be ordered for you when you complete a new player registration. Your Team Manager will advise you when your bag can be collected.

New junior players should register via the link at the bottom of this page. You will need to upload a copy of your birth certificate or passport as proof of age to complete registration, so have these ready before you commence the process

The SMJFL By-Laws require players to be a minimum of 7 years of age as at 30th April in the calendar year of their first season to be eligible to be registered with the SMJFL.

 

PLAYERS TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER CLUB

 

If you are transferring from another club to Beaumaris Football Club, firstly please notify your existing club.

If you are planning to train at another club prior to completing the transfer process, please fill out the Intention to Transfer form and return it to the club you are registered at.

To complete the transfer process you need to fill out the SMJFL Transfer Form and email it to the Club Registrar. Our registrar will process the transfer and once approved you will receive an email with a link to the online registration form. You will need to upload a copy of your birth certificate or passport as proof of age to complete registration, so have these ready before you commence the process.
