The Beaumaris Football Club's Senior team capped a remarkable season (18W-2L) yesterday at Trevor Barker Oval by defeating AJAX FC to raise the VAFA Premier C Premiership Cup for 2025.
Our Club led the match from start to finish in a solid & authoritative manner to claim the trophy.
The final score: BFC 12.9 (81) def. AJAX 8.12 (60)
Charlie Wilce was awarded the B.O.G. medal to great acclaim.
Our Reserves side played in their Grand Final earlier but were no match for Parkdale on the day. They also had a terrific season finishing the home & away matches second on the ladder and having been the only side to defeat Parkdale earlier in the season.
