We’ll have Senior footy on Saturday and Monday night and Junior footy on Sunday, although there will be certain restrictions and guidelines that will have to be followed in accordance with Government policy on community football.
We urge you to read the statement issued yesterday by the Victorian Amateur Football Association which details those directives.

Club President Terry Lucas has issued the following statement outlining what the BFC has made possible and what our plan of attack will be to facilitate Round 10 for the Senior teams.
“We know this is a difficult time for all, but we are grateful that our players are at least back playing. The Club will abide by VAFA rules, but we also acknowledge that Banksia Reserve is a public park. We also encourage parents to fill the various game day roles suck as running water etc.
The Social Rooms, as a licensed venue supporting all three Beaumaris sporting clubs, will be open from 11.30 as usual. As there is a no spectator policy, Ian Millar will provide live streaming of the reserves and senior game and that will be available inside the social rooms. VAFA have been advised of this. Seating capacity is limited due to Covid 19 restrictions.
All Covid 19 protocols will need to be followed when entering the building, including scanning the QR code. The balcony will be closed during the senior and Reserve games. After match access will be limited as provided by recent government advised restrictions for licensed venues.
We’d like to thank our members and supporters for their cooperation at this difficult time. At least footy is back.”
