Another fantastic win by our Senior Women's team last Saturday against another local team Old Mentonians.
The game was played in testing conditions, which included a downburst of rain in the last Qtr, which made the centre of the ground a bog.
Full forward Sam McLean kicked 4 excellent goals combining well with half forward Tarryn Hurst who kicked 2 goals utilising her speed.
Other good players included ball hunters Lani Hilford, Taylah & Holly Tysoe and Rosie Byrne, who also kicked 2 goals.
Veteran players Sarah Collins, Pip Atkins, Nadia Eldred, Emily Van de Water, Sam Baisas (c) and Milly Bartlem (v-c) were all outstanding.
The team welcomed back former captain Simone Payton who played her first game in 3 years. Yey Sim!
