Five Win Blitz Again

Another Five Game Blitz by BFC Senior Teams

It was another great Saturday for our Senior teams with all five teams recording wins, this feat for the 2nd consecutive week.

Cal Heath was in B&F form on Saturday controlling the ruck and scoring 2 goals in the process. He was ably assisted by captain Joel Di Natale who was dominant in the midfield. Twin peaks, Joel Cusack and Sam Gibbins kicked 8 goals between them getting great service from the likes of wingman Ben Mathews, and midfielders Damien Johns and Riley Virtue.

The Reserves won again with Jack Gabron-Uhe kicking 4 goals. Jordan Smith and Josh Trew, playing just their 2nd games this season were tremendous.

The Thirds came from behind at 3 Qtr time to overcome a 19 point deficit to win by 15 points. They have now won 5 straight and sit 2nd on the ladder behind Williamstown on percentage.

The Women were on fire away to Old Melburnians kicking a season high 14.13.
