BEAUMARIS FOOTBALL CLUB JUNIOR COACHING CO-ORDINATOR ROLE (U8-U10)
Key Objectives of The Role
• Align with BFC – Juniors Club Values and Policies.
• Key influencer in developing and maintaining a positive club culture
• Promote a safe, enjoyable and fun environment for primary school-aged children
• Enhance the development of the skills and enjoyment of football for the modified rules group through structured skills and fun-based programs.
• Assist in recruitment, coordination, development and evaluation of coaches throughout the extended season.
• Provide support to the Executive and Committee members in matters relating to football operations
• Work collaboratively with other coaching co-ordinators and the Junior Head of Football Operations.

• Be a key leader and influencer in developing and maintaining a positive club culture
• Work with key stakeholders to effectively develop the key pathways for our junior players.
• Provide support to the Executive and Committee members in matters relating to football operations
• Work collaboratively with other coaching co-ordinators and the Junior Head of Football Operations.
