Congratulations to the four BFC players who were selected in VAFA’s Premier B ‘Team of the Year’ -
Jak Nardino, Joel Cusack, Connor Murphy and James Taylor.
This is a tremendous achievement and honour for the four boys and from our perspective the VAFA selectors were pretty much spot on.
Jak Nardino has already won the League and BFC B&F, so fitting he was appointed Captain. Connor Murphy was the Club's B&F runner up and best finals player, while James Taylor was a standout as our defensive leader. Joel Cusack kicked 34 goals despite a shortened season and was clearly one of the League's most potent forwards.
Well done, Jak, Joel, Connor and JT.
