Congratulations Natalie Pribil, BFC Under 14 Girls Sharks Coach this past season, who was announced winner of the 2022 BHP Community Coaching Award at last night’s AFLW awards at Crown Palladium – Tremendous achievement Natalie!
The award is given to a community level coach, from junior and youth girls through to senior women’s football, who has current AFL coach accreditation and has demonstrated exceptional support for women’s football and gender equality.
This is tremendous recognition for Natalie and the work she does for her team, being an award that is run Australia wide. It’s also a great boost for girl’s football at the BFC to know that the club has coaches the quality of Natalie. It’s also an award the club is enormously proud to be associated with.

Footnote: in addition to Natalie winning the Community Coach of the Year award, we can also announce that former Beauy junior and current Melbourne Demons gun forward Kate Hore was selected in the 2022 All Australian team. This is the 2nd time Kate has achieved this honour. Well done Kate!
