This weekend’s round of footy kicks off on Friday night with a night game for the U19 Div 4 team who will take on Glen Eira/Old McKinnon at home commencing at 7.00pm.
On Saturday, the action will start at 11.40am with the U19 Prem team up against St Kevins, always a tough proposition, followed by two Women’s games, the Seniors at 2pm, then the Reserves at 4.05pm against Old Geelong. Both these games will be tough assignments, the Geelong girls handily placed in 2nd place on the Seniors ladder with a 7-1 record. Our Reserves girls will be determined to hang onto 4th place and secure important percentage.
The Youth Reserves will be back in action over at Harry Trot Oval for their Div 1 Thirds game against Collegians.
The Seniors Men’s and Reserves will travel to Bulleen for a couple of crucial games against Old Trinity. In recent times there have been some great contests between the 2 clubs and this round’s seniors match up promises to be equally enthralling.
There’s every chance Reserves Coach Stubba Scott will be especially focused on a victory here after our unfortunate final’s loss to Old Trinity last year.
