The Beaumaris Football Club is excited to announce that Damian Farrow has been appointed the Coach of our Senior Women’s Reserves Team for the upcoming VAFA season. Damian is no stranger to Beaumaris, having been involved within our Junior Program for some years. He is well-regarded and respected academic, who is the Coaching & Innovation Manager for the AFL where he leads special projects designed to enhance the game of Australian football.
Club Director of Coaching, Brian Royal had this to say about Damian’s appointment:
“Damo is a quality person who exudes what Beaumaris is all about. His football IQ and credentials speak for themselves, and we are really excited about the impact that he can have – particularly with our younger, developing players. He already has well-established relationships with many of the players and this augurs well, in terms of his coaching style and what the girls can expect. We’re really optimistic for the group and I know that Damo will bring organisation, fun and energy, so that a great starting point for the upcoming 2025 season.
