The Beaumaris Football Club believes strongly in the notion

The Beaumaris Football Club believes strongly in the notion of “power of us”.

With this in mind, Sponsors and sponsorship make an invaluable contribution in our success – both on and, importantly off the field.

Financial contributions, through these partnerships, can be used in diverse ways which are integral to the running of a football club.

Importantly, our Two Women’s teams now play an integral role in how our club is shaping its future. Since the inception of the VAFA Women’s competition, the women, and the Women’s Football Program have enhanced our Club immeasurably.

Specific focus areas/initiatives such as those listed below are tangible ways that sponsors contributions can make a difference.

Indeed, sponsors can direct their funds towards specific areas or allow the club to use their discretion as to where these funds can be best utilised.

 Examples of these initiatives or focus areas for our Men’s & Women’s players are: 

      1. New footballs for training, as old balls diminish enjoyment/skill development etc
      2. New/upgraded training aids eg: witches hats, jumping/tackle bags, training uniforms etc
      3. Coaching Development. Funds for high performance coaching / coach training and development. Required to maintain an elite football program. NB: The Beaumaris Football Club has the highest AFL representation of any club in Australia, whilst also providing playing and training opportunities for players of all abilities.
      4. Player “athlete development / high performance” opportunities.
      5. Funds for Player Welfare Programs designed to improve player retention.
        1. Leadership training / Guest speakers
        2. RSA training
        3. Vocational training – all professions / trades on rotation / as required
        4. Personal Development / Mental Health training & Awareness
        5. Subsidised end of season trips
        6. Subsidised football specific high performance strength and conditioning training
        7. Subsidised meals / drinks
        8. Subsidised playing apparel
        9. Subsidised merchandise / uniforms
        10. Subsidised social functions and events
        11. Subsidised player subscription fees
        12. Subsidised medical costs (gap covered where not covered by private/public health system)
        13. Subsidised costs with regards to Physiotherapists / Trainers  / Massage Staff
      6. Funding administration / operational roles due to diminishing volunteerism
      7. Funding website upgrades
      8. Funding storage and maintenance requirements
      9. Upgrading of playing kits eg: reversible jumpers or jumpers for a nominated causes eg: Indigenous Round.

 Indeed Sponsors may have their own focus area that they would like to emphasise.

 Any prospective Sponsor is encouraged to contact our President and/or our Sponsorship Co-ordinator to discuss the various Sponsorship packages and discuss any focus areas/initiatives that they would like to assist us with.
